Get to
know Rissa!
Yup, that’s me! I was titled the “spirited child” throughout my childhood, which turned into the “eclectic adult” I am today.
From one big feeler to the next, I know that connection and understanding come before anything. I firmly believe it is important for you to get to know me so you can make an informed decision before we start working together.
I am upfront about my own journey, passions, and where my limitations are.
I have experience across settings, including personal experience navigating learning needs. I have a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, a Master’s in Clinical Practice from the University of Hartford, a Bachelor’s in Music Therapy from Fordham University, and am a Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology.
I am all about solving challenges through creative and sometimes unconventional ways that are backed by research. I promise to cheer you on as you and your little one(s) feel seen and heard together!
