You are a good enough parent.

I’m here to remind you: some days are tougher, and it’s totally okay to ask for help.

You’re a parenting warrior—strong, capable, and doing better than you think.

In-Home Behavioral Support

Days are long. Behaviors are hard. You are not alone.

We will develop a plan to practice skills in real time that support you to…

  • Understand your child’s behavior(s)

  • Identify the driving forces behind your child’s behaviors and what’s sustaining them

  • Recognize your relationship with your child’s behavior(s)

  • Learn skills to redirect behaviors and gain new ones that meet your family’s needs.

Parent Education

Parents are doing the best they can with the knowledge and resources they have! You cannot expect yourself to know things you have never been taught.

Some examples of education provided include understanding a child’s diagnosis, navigating service systems, optimizing community resources, and maintaining autonomy as a parent.

Parent-Child Connection Coaching

Connect, then redirect. That is how to help a struggling child. Sound familiar?

But— connecting with a child who is struggling and on their fourth tantrum of the morning can feel like the last thing you want to do!

My coaching model is child-centered, parent-focused, and reflective.

Let’s work together, and I will help plan and model through deliberate practice activities that foster parent-child connection even when things feel hard.

Educational Consultation and Advocacy
